OUR PRODUCTS

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Each Sukhan by Nooun piece is individually designed and handcrafted. Minor variations in stitching, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.

We do not guarantee that product appearance or quality will exactly match expectations based on digital images.

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

All Sukhan by Nooun pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted upon purchase. Production begins only after an order is placed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the production time required to create your garment.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on craftsmanship requirements or external factors.

ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. Your order is not confirmed until it has been accepted and processed by Sukhan by Nooun.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After production has begun, cancellations or modifications cannot be accommodated.

We may contact you if there are issues with your order details, payment, or availability.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged at checkout is the final price at the time of purchase.

Prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their local authorities.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

As all items are made-to-order and handcrafted, we do not offer refunds or returns except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

You received a defective item
You received an incorrect item
The item delivered does not match the order placed

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order to be eligible for an exchange.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags intact.

We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the item shows signs of wear, damage, washing, or misuse.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before placing an order. We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect customer selection.

Unless the issue is due to our error, customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
