At Sukhan by Nooun, each piece is carefully handcrafted and made-to-order. Our shipping timelines reflect both the production time required to create your garment and the delivery time required to reach you.

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

SHIPPING WITHIN PAKISTAN

For orders within Pakistan, production and dispatch are completed within 5 to 8 business days.

Once your order is ready and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available).

Delivery time after dispatch may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, each piece is first handcrafted and prepared within 5 to 8 business days before dispatch.

After production is complete, your order will be shipped internationally. Delivery time after dispatch will vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, where applicable.
