At Sukhan by Nooun, each piece is carefully handcrafted and made-to-order. Due to the nature of our production process, all items are created specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

As all garments are made-to-order and individually handcrafted, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details, size guides, and descriptions before completing their purchase.

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Each Sukhan by Nooun piece is produced only after an order is confirmed. This allows us to focus on craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail rather than mass production.

Because production begins immediately after order confirmation, cancellations or modifications cannot be accommodated.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take great care to ensure every order is checked before dispatch.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

SIZE RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the size guide before placing an order.

We are not responsible for incorrect size selection, measurement errors, or personal fit preferences after delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Since we do not offer returns or exchanges, all shipping costs are final and non-refundable.

In the rare case of a verified defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of resolving the issue.
